How to Send an Invoice

This guide outlines the steps to create and send an invoice, used when a customer wants to upgrade the sheet size or add additional products, ensuring accuracy in each stage of the process.

  1. Click "More Actions" 

  2. Unarchive 

  3. Click Edit 

  4. Add Custom Item 

  5. Provide Item Name and amount; click "add item"

  6. If Adding a Product, Click "Browse" 

  7. Locate and Add the Product 

  8. Apply Necessary Discount (Ex. 30%)

  9. Double-Check the Invoice Details  and the "Amount to Collect"; Click "Send Invoice to Customer"; Click "Update Order"
