How to Process Refund

  1. Find the Order Number

    • Go to Shopify Admin and locate the order using the search bar.


  1. Click "Refund"

    • Open the order details and click the “Refund” button.


  1. Enter Refund Amount

    • Input the amount to be refunded.


  1. Specify Refund Reason

    • Choose or enter a reason, such as “Shipping delay” or “Returned.”


  1. Complete Refund

    • Click “Refund” to finalize the process.
